* WHAT...Anchorage Hillside and along Seward Highway near Turnagain Arm: Southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. For West and South Anchorage, southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph. Weaker winds expected for midtown and downtown Anchorage. * WHERE...West and South Anchorage, along the Seward Highway near the Turnagain Arm, and for the Hillside. * WHEN...From 8 PM this evening to 10 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southeasterly winds become breezy this afternoon and start to ramp up this evening. Winds begin to diminish for the Anchorage area and the Hillside Tuesday morning.
