* WHAT...Southeast winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts 55 to 65 mph expected. * WHERE...Anchorage Hillside / Eagle River. * WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 1 AM AKDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Southeasterly winds are expected to quickly increase this morning. The peak of the winds is expected during the evening hours before winds rapidly decrease in strength around midnight.
