* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts of 40 to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta. * WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 1 PM AKDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result. Strong winds combined with heavy rain could make travel and outdoor activities difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds will occur this evening through early Monday morning. Winds will begin to diminish Monday afternoon. A second round of gusty winds (gusts of 30 to 40 mph) is expected Monday evening into Tuesday.
