* WHAT...South winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected in Unalaska * WHERE...Unalaska and Dutch Harbor * WHEN...From 5 AM to 1 PM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...High winds could move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel could be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong, gusty south winds will increase across Unalaska, with the strongest winds expected early Thursday morning. Winds will gradually diminish late Thursday morning.
