* WHAT...South winds 10 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 to 40 mph expected. * WHERE...Grays Harbor County Coast and Northern Washington Coast. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 5 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Full foliage on trees may produce more widespread impacts than otherwise expected during the winter when trees are bare. Winds will be strongest along the water.
